The Heart of Carolina Preserve
The spacious 35,000 square foot clubhouse, Bradford Hall, is used by hundreds of residents daily, from early morning to night. A large, welcoming lobby greets residents and visitors upon entering the building. Inside Bradford Hall is a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large indoor pool, dance studio, several activity and meeting rooms, and a large pottery studio.
The activity rooms are available to clubs and groups for meetings, parties, and playing various games with friends. The lovely ballroom, with a full kitchen, is perfect for larger special events for up to 160 guests or can be divided into smaller rooms for smaller groups. The smaller kitchen downstairs is available for the use of clubs and groups for special events. Many residents use the reading library to share books and magazines. Billiard games are particularly popular and can accommodate a large group of players.
