Activities like swimming, water jogging, and water aerobics give people the chance to be active without the jarring movements that can occur during other types of cardiovascular exercise. Unlike many public pools, Carolina Preserve’s indoor pool is rarely crowded, which means you’ll have plenty of space and privacy to exercise in peace. If you suffer from asthma or allergies or have trouble breathing, you’ll find swimming in our saltwater pools quite enjoyable.
